Rich River offers two distinct Championship golf courses, immaculately groomed and playable all year round. The West Course stretches to 5897metres off the men’s tees, playing to a par of 71 for both men & Ladies. Opened in 1979, the West Course has been host to many professional events. It has a tight layout with tree-lined front nine opening up on the back nine having a greater emphasis on risk reward with two short drivable par 4’s.

The East Course is no pushover. Measuring 6,205 metres off the men’s tees, it plays to a par of 72. The East Course in 2021 underwent a course masterplan upgrade. Removing penial pot style bunkers from various areas around the course. These were replaced with a more traditional bunker complex’s you might see on sandbelt type courses. Strategically placed for the modern game they have made the course aesthetically pleasing while still requiring an excellent recovery to reach the green from either greenside or fairway bunkers. The East courses large putting surfaces require precision approach shots to avoid lengthy putts and even more difficult chip shot around the large greens.
