Golf On The Murray e-Gift Card

Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • Activate means the initial loading of value onto a Golf On The Murray e-Gift Card.
  • Card Balance means the unspent value of a Golf On The Murray e-Gift Card.
  • e-Gift Card means an electronic stored value gift card issued by Golf On The Murray Inc.
  • Expiry Date means the date stated in the e-Gift Card confirmation email, after which any remaining funds cannot be redeemed. All Golf On The Murray e-Gift Cards expire 36 months from the date of purchase.
  • Golf On The Murray means Golf On The Murray, Twenty Four Lane, Moama NSW 2731.
  • Golf On The Murray Inc / GOTM means Golf On The Murray Inc (ABN 18 074 093 522), Twenty Four Lane, Moama NSW 2731.
  • e-Gift Card / Golf On The Murray e-Gift Card means an electronic stored value card redeemable for goods and services at Participating Clubs.
  • Participating Clubs means Corowa Golf Club, Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort, Club Tocumwal, Cobram Barooga Golf Club, Rich River Golf Club, cluBarham and Murray Downs Golf & Country Club. A current list of participating outlets is available at https://golfonthemurray.com.au/clubs/ and at the bottom of this page.
  • Redeem means to use part or all of the balance on a Golf On The Murray Gift Card.
  • Website means https://golfonthemurray.com.au/gift-card/.
  • References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Golf On The Murray Inc.
  • References to “you” or “your” mean the purchaser, recipient or holder of a Golf On The Murray Gift Card.

2. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, activating, using, or attempting to use a Golf On The Murray e-Gift Card, or by making a balance or transaction enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you give an e-Gift Card to another person, you must ensure they are aware of the applicable Terms and Conditions, including the expiry date.

You warrant that you will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, and that you will not use the Gift Card in any unlawful, misleading, deceptive, or harmful manner.

3. Purchasing an e-Gift Card

Golf On the Murray eGift Cards may be purchased online at https://golfonthemurray.com.au/gift-card/.

Denominations: Any value between AUD $100 and $500, to a maximum of $5,000 per order.

Orders: An order is placed once payment details are completed and the “Complete Purchase” button is activated. Orders are deemed received when confirmation is sent to your nominated email.

Delivery: e-Gift Cards are typically delivered to the nominated recipient by email within one (1) day, unless delays occur. Cards are delivered active and can be redeemed by:

  • PDF Printed format
  • Google or Apple Wallet

Payment: Payment is accepted by Visa or Mastercard only.

Activation: Golf On The Murray e-Gift Cards are valid immediately upon receipt of valid payment.

Expiry: Golf On The Murray e-Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the purchase date. Any unspent value at expiry is forfeited and will not be refunded in cash or kind.

GST: Golf On The Murray e-Gift Cards are GST inclusive.

4. Redeeming a Gift Card

Golf On the Murray e-Gift Cards may be redeemed for goods and services at Participating Clubs.

The redeemed value is deducted from the Card Balance.

If the purchase price exceeds the Card Balance, you must pay the difference using another payment method.

Note: Prior series Golf On The Murray (plastic) Gift Cards, sold before 9/9/2025 must be redeemed in one transaction only. No change will be given.

GOTM e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.

Proof of age (18+) may be required for redemption.

Tips or gratuities may be paid using a Gift Card at the user’s discretion.

The resale of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to cap redemption at a maximum of five (5) Gift Cards per transaction, at the discretion of the Participating Club.

Fraudulent or unauthorised use of Golf On The Murray Gift Cards (including resale, on-selling of goods purchased with Gift Cards, or use for loyalty/affiliate manipulation) is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Balance Enquiries

The e-Gift Card Balance will appear on your receipt at the point of sale. Balances can also be checked at [link placeholder].

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

Treat your Golf On the Murray Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged.

We may place a stop on your Gift Card if:

  • You report it as lost or stolen; or
  • We reasonably suspect misuse or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Liability

You are responsible for all transactions made with your Gift Card. Golf On The Murray accepts no liability for unauthorised use, except as required under consumer protection law.

8. Penalties

A breach of these Terms may result in:

  • Immediate deactivation of Gift Cards purchased by you; and/or
  • Forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

9. Use in Promotions

Golf On the Murray Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts. However, they must not be used in advertising, marketing, or promotional activities without prior written approval from Golf On The Murray.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes using your details to issue and manage Gift Cards, and disclosing to third parties or authorities where required by law.

11. Governing Law

Gift Cards and these Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and New South Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and New South Wales.

12. Other

Gift Cards are a form of tender and may only be used at Golf On The Murray Participating Clubs. For questions, please contact explore@golfonthemurray.com.au.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable Australian consumer protection laws.

If you wish to dispute a transaction, you must contact us within 30 days of the transaction date.

Our Privacy Policy explains how you may access, correct or make complaints about your personal information.

13. GOTM Clubs

For the purpose of this policy, Golf On The Murray (GOTM) “Clubs” means the following:

  • Corowa Golf Club Ltd. – ABN 59 001 071 110
  • Murray Downs Golf & Country Club – ABN 46 003 382 947
  • Rich River Golf Club Ltd – ABN 48 001 357 071
  • Yarrawonga Mulwala Club Resort. Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club Ltd – ABN 11 000 996 930

14. Updates to Terms & Conditions

We may vary these terms & conditions from time to time, by posting updates accessible via Golf On The Murray and GOTM Club websites. These Terms and Conditions were last updated in September 2025.
